ORLANDO, Florida – Marriott Vacations Worldwide today announced a significant expansion in the Asia Pacific region, reinforcing its commitment to meeting the growing demand for vacation ownership and premium leisure travel experiences.
On August 28, 2025, the company will debut the Marriott Vacation Club, Khao Lak Beach Resort, featuring 52 thoughtfully designed two-bedroom apartments that highlight Southern Thai architecture and sustainable design elements. Guests will enjoy direct access to the adjacent JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa, offering world-class amenities.
In Bali, Marriott Vacations Worldwide is introducing 32 additional apartments and launching Marriott’s Enclave at Bali Nusa Dua Terrace, a luxury collection of residences complete with private plunge pools, full kitchens, and access to upscale resort facilities.
The company is also investing in operational growth with the expansion of its Shanghai marketing call center, increasing staffing from 80 to 125 associates to enhance support for regional Owners, Members, and travelers.
